  1. I appreciate all these laptop tips. Especially the reco. to use batteries once in every 2-3 weeks (at least). That’s an important tip – Battery life reduces considerably if left unused for a long period of time.

    One problem I have faced in the past is – My laptop refuses to start. I press the start button, but nothing happens after that. I tried repairing, but the cost requested for the same was too high. Ultimately I ended up changing my laptop.

    I request you to write an article on what can be done if our laptop doesn’t start at all. Can we find out by ourselves on whether the fault lies with HDD, RAM, Processor, etc? Repair guys try to cheat people in such situations. And having no access to the net only adds our woes.
